Detailed product specifications (HS Code, age grading, electrical or non-electrical classification, raw materials, and product images)
Company legality documents, such as Deed of Establishment, Business Identification Number (NIB), and relevant business licenses

A letter of guarantee not to distribute products during the testing process
A valid ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate
For imported products, a quality system certificate issued by a Quality System Certification Body (LSSM) in the country of origin is required, provided it has mutual recognition with the Indonesian National Accreditation Committee (KAN).
